Budget Inn Rooms

Had good water pressure .

We didn’t stay. It looked like a roach motel with homeless people hanging around outside.

Decent price

Honestly, nothing! It was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at! It was dirty and the outside noise was bad! They need to seal the windows better or put new glass on it. There's air coming in from the heater/ac unit.

Nice parking. We slept on our own blanket. It was dirty

The price is good for this Motel. Although not fancy and the furniture is dated the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator and a microwave. I would stay there again if I ever needed a Motel in Waco,TX

It was small and not too overrun with people being a low discount place

Staff were friendly. I left some clothes and they called me and saved them for me.

Bugs were biting me and I called the front desk and he said that he would send for some bug spray and never did. I also told him that there was no toilet paper at all in bathroom and he said to pick some up at the desk. I went to the desk and no one was there, nor came to front when I rung the bell. I asked for a refund, still have not received it. I will keep calling them for my refund.

Better than what I expected for the price.

Great location close to Baylor. OLD hotel / motel (1950s) Budget friendly.

They don't have breakfast but very good service and clean
